The funeral service will be held at St Chad's Church, Poulton-le-Fylde, at 2pm.
This will be followed by cremation at Carleton Crematorium at 3pm.
Cheques for donations in his memory should be made payable to Trinity Hospice and can be handed to the Funeral Director on the day or posted to Co-op Funeral Directors, C/O Mr Dawson, 58 Bispham Rd, Blackpool FY2 0NR
